Oleg Sirbu
As CEO and founder of Axxeum, Mr. Sirbu provides leadership and strategic vision on the company’s overall growth and support to federal, local and international customers in aviation contracts logistics support, maintenance, flight and armament training, aircraft modifications and upgrades, operations and manufacturing.
Prior to Axxeum’s foundation Mr. Sirbu led multiple successful aviation MROs in the USA and overseas. He brings over 14 years of leadership and experience in aerospace and defense industries. Mr. Sirbu holds a master’s degree from George Mason University in International Commerce and Public Policy.
Saul Kirsch
As the Vice President, Mr. Kirsch oversees all aspects of the business operation, financial, and legal compliance of the company. His responsibilities include executing the strategic vision and growth strategy of the CEO and is the Accountable Manager for Axxeum’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Mr. Kirsch has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University. Prior to joining Axxeum, Mr. Kirsch held several senior management positions at AAL USA and was an active-duty US Army Infantry Officer serving 3 tours of duty in Iraq. He brings 10 years of leadership experience in the aerospace and defense industry and is the Accountable Manager for our FAA Repair Station, AXXR942D.#saulkirsch
Kevin Fife
As the Director of Business Development, Mr. Fife develops strategic partnerships and identifies future business opportunities. He is responsible for translating and defining the CEO’s strategic vision into a definable and capabilities-based forecast which allows Axxeum to support Department of Defense and International customers. By developing targeted capabilities from manufacturing to contractor logistics support he enables Axxeum to grow at a sustained rate. From Commercial to Military aircraft, Mr. Fife has showcased the diversity that a small business can accomplish.
Prior to Axxeum Mr. Fife was the Superintendent of the largest United States Air Force HH-60G Fleet, supporting the Weapons School, Test and Evaluation Squadron, and Operational Deployment Unit out of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Mr. Fife proudly transitioned into continuing the support of Department of Defense and other international customers after 22 years of service to the United States. ausch
Rebecca Sadriyev
Ms. Sadriyev is the Director of Administration, where she oversees Axxeum’s administration, personnel, and compliance. With over 15 years of experience of professional management experience and leadership, Ms. Sadriyev is an instrumental contributor in the company’s strategic growth.
Ms. Sadriyev holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mount Olive and a master’s degree in public administration from Norwich University. She also proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard Reserve.
Sean Regan
As Director of Operations, Mr. Regan is responsible for and provides guidance to the Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing departments. His responsibilities include supporting the daily business operations of these areas, providing recommendations for improvements, and supporting business growth.
Mr. Regan has over 20 years of experience in leading Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing teams. Prior to this Mr. Regan served in the US Army for 15 years.
Michael Georgantis
As the Director of Quality, Mr. Georgantis oversees all aspects of Axxeum’s Quality Management System and Quality Technicians. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and processes. This ensures Axxeum’s production operations, parts, materials, and finished products meet the quality standards set by Axxeum and their customers.
Mr. Georgantis is a retired Marine with over 25 years in the aviation industry with an emphasis on quality. He is IAQG AATT certified to the AS9100 standard and an internal auditor certified to the AS9110 & AS9120 standards. In addition, he is an IPC-620 Certified Specialist, and Certified Fiber Optic Installer. ch
Damir Sadriyev
As the Director of Programs, Mr. Sadriyev oversees a range of Government and Commercial Programs. He is responsible for all assigned aspects of the programs including project cost, technical and schedule management, risk and opportunities management, internal organization development, manpower management and external customer relations.
Mr. Sadriyev brings over 20 years of program and project management experience to the team. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education and Linguistics from Nekrasov University.
Scott Mehlhaff
Scott is an experienced aviation professional with 41 years in military and civil aircraft maintenance. A U.S. Army veteran and FAA-licensed A&P mechanic with IA, he has spent over 20 years as a Director of Maintenance, overseeing regulatory compliance, budgets, scheduling, and leading skilled teams.
Michael Adamcheck
As Director of Finance, Ms. Adamcheck leads Axxeum’s financial operations and strategy. She is responsible for building scalable financial processes, guiding resource allocation, and aligning financial functions with the company’s strategic business objectives.
She brings over 20 years of C-suite level experience for privately owned organizations in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management. Ms. Adamcheck is known for developing high-performing teams, strengthening internal controls, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives with clear, data-driven insight.
